Although I have personally benefited from coaching throughout my career, my own ‘light bulb moment’ to become a coach myself came at a pivotal moment in my life.
A few years ago, after a long and successful career as an NHS CEO and Finance Director, I was diagnosed with cancer. Needless to say, it was a huge shock.
Adjusting to the news, and going through the necessary treatment was a tough journey. Every day, I feel thankful to be fit and healthy .
But it was whilst on a trip to New Zealand as part of my recuperation, I realised that becoming a coach and mentor was my true calling. I had always used coaching techniques in my roles , but now it was time to fully take the plunge.
My purpose now is all about helping others fulfill their potential. Seeing my clients flourish is what gives me joy and pleasure. I’m very fortunate to work as a career coach alongside my clients across the UK and beyond, and I would be thrilled to welcome you to this network.

Challenges in your career path can arise at any point. No matter how successful you are, it's not unusual to reach a point in your working life where you start to feel unfulfilled.
It may be that you are dealing with some challenging problems in your team, or with your colleagues, which are preventing progress and undermining your confidence.
You could be thinking about what your future may look like ,or that you want to take up some retraining, but are not sure how to start that process. Or it could be that you just feel you are not in a workspace that feels right for you , and you are looking for some support and a sounding board to help you work out where that might be.
